We are looking for a passionate and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our awesome team!

As our Inside Sales Representative you will identify and generate leads through both inbound and outbound activities. You will be responsible for aiding the Director of Sales in identifying leads and educating prospects on our services through calls, virtual demos, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create target prospect lists
  • Uncover potential key accounts
  • Screen incoming sales leads and nurture them
  • Understand all the prospects’ needs, problems, and wants
  • Identify buyer persona profiles
  • Work with the Operations and Creative teams to build quotes
  • Track and monitor your work
  • Prepare and present reports when needed

  • Proven record of successful deals closed
  • Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing
  • Great command of MS Office, CRM and BRM tools

Experience:

1 – 2 years of experience working as a Sales Representative or similar role

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
