Full Job Description
Job Title: Production Coordinator
Location: Location: Tempe, AZ (local candidates to the Metro Phoenix area only)
Department: Video Reports to: Producers
FLSA: Exempt
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Production Coordinator to join our Awesome team! As our
Production Coordinator, you will work closely with our Customers and our Video Team to schedule and coordinate multiple video productions.
Key Metrics for Success
● Accurate and timely project communication with vendors, team, and client.
● Own the execution of the Project Process for all video projects.
Primary Job Duties
● Email interfacing with clients
● Scheduling pre-production and post-production calls and meetings, and taking notes.
● Office Organization
● Scanning and filing paperwork
● Checking mail
● Picking up and depositing checks
● Picking up crafty supplies and acting as PA and/or Associate Producer on set
● Handling all paperwork for set, such as talent releases, location release, COVID waivers, etc.
● Maintain vendor database
● Miscellaneous errands for studio
Qualifications:
● 1 – 2 years of experience working as a Production Coordinator or similar role
● Extremely Organized
● Able to Prioritize Tasks
● Great command of MS Office, CRM and BRM tools
● Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
● Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
● Team player
● Good time-management skills
● Great interpersonal and communication skills
● Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Education:
· Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
